Virginia Farming airs Fridays at 7:30 p.m. Noon on Saturdays, and 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.
VIRGINIA FARMING is the Commonwealth's only local, weekly televised farm program. Host Amy Roscher reports on current farming industry news and offers long-term weather forecasts. Guests from across the state discuss Virginia's poultry, beef, dairy, crop, wine, seafood, timber, aquaculture and related industries.

SCHEDULE OF SHOW TOPICS:

3/9/12- Selling timber is not an every day practice, so there are things to be mindful of when it comes time to sell. We’ll talk to Extension Agent Adam Downing and Virginia’s Department of Forestry’s Joe Lehnen to advise landowners on why, how, and when to sell timber.

3/16/12-Real Virginia host Sherri McKinney and producer Norm Hyde talk about the changes to the Farm Bureau production of what was formally Down Home Virginia.
